Hyperfore Micro-residue pigging system
It is Suitable for industry applications with high low‐residual rate requirements.
Hyperfore micro-residue pigging system consists of a micro-residue automatic launching station, micro-residue receiving station, pig, micro-residue valves, and other piggable components, with fully automated control. The internal structures of launching and receiving stations have no cleaning dead corners, and the micro-residue valves adopt a full-bore design. After the pig completes the pigging operation, there is nearly no material residue in the pipeline.
Key features:
The key feature of this pigging system is that it is equipped with a cleaning agent inlet. The internal structure has no cleaning dead zones, and it can be connected to the CIP cleaning pipeline within the factory. This design aims to minimize the residual material in the pipeline (with the residual amount as low as only a few grams per meter), thereby reducing waste to the greatest extent, increasing product conversion rate, eliminating cross-contamination, improving product purity, lowering cleaning costs, enhancing production efficiency, and helping customers achieve a quick return on investment.

1.What are the advantages of an micro-residue pigging system?
The micro-residue receiver is equipped with a cleaning agent inlet. Its internal structure has no cleaning dead corners, and it can be connected to the CIP cleaning pipeline in the factory to clean the inside of the recovery station. This meets the extremely low residue rate requirements during continuous production and pipeline pigging processes.
2. Why is it called pigging?
Why is it called pigging? It's not clear how the term pigging came about. Some say pig is an acronym for pipeline inspection gadget while others speculate it reflected the squeaky sound made by some cleaning pigs. Cleaning pigs are used to clear water and debris from pipes.
3.How to choose a pipeline pig?
For different pro-duction processes and industries, Hyperfore supply a variety of pigs for you to choose , for example, replaceable lip pigs , lithium battery pigs, jet pigs, PTFE pigs, double-lip pigs, double-shoulder solid pigs, tangent solid pig, tangent solid pig for double-pig system and double-sphere solid pig.
