Hyperfore economical (manual) pigging system mainly consists of a launching station, a receiving station, and a pig. There are two types of manual pigging system, type 1 is the pig has to be manually removed from the receiving station,type 2 the pig can be sent back to the launching station by driiving force when it reaches the receiver.

1.What is a manual pigging system?
Manual pigging systems, as the name implies, use manual control to launch and receive the pipeline pig. For Hyperfore manual pigging system, the pig can be manualled removed from the receiving station at the end of pigging. And the pig can also return to the launcher waiting for the next process after the pigging .
2.How does a pigging system work?
A pigging system works by using a specialized device called a "pig" to clean, recover product, or inspect pipelines. The pig is inserted into the pipeline and propelled by the product or a separate propellant. It cleans the pipeline walls, recovers residual product, and can perform various tasks, improving efficiency and reducing waste.
