Hyperfore Turbo Jet Pig(Pipeline Pig for Powder Recovery)
- The Turbo Jet pig is equipped with six gas nozzles at its front end.
- While traveling through the pipeline, it can eject N2 from the nozzles to loosen the powder adhered to the pipe wall and use the airflow to transport the loose powder to the end, achieving a better cleaning effect.
- It can reduce the time and manpower required for further cleaning.
- Complies with ISO 1.5" - ISO 4" and DIN 11850 series DN40-DN150 standards.
- Highly wear-resistant, food-grade cleaning pig material.
- Other pipeline standard sizes can be customized.

1.Why it is called a pipeline pig?
There is a saying that explains the origin of the name. Long time again, when people insert a hemispherical projectile inside the pipeline to scrape the debris off the pipeline wall, friction makes the thing make sharp sound. It sounded like a pig's cry. So,people name the thing "pig".
2.How many types of pigs are there?
Hyperfore types of pipeline pigs: One-piece pigs, dismoumtable lip pigs, symmetrical one-piece pigs, pigs for powder recovery, all these types are suitable for hygienic applications.
