Hyperfore piggable 3- way diverter valve
The 3 ports of the diverter valve are evenly positioned at 120- degree angles. As a result, pigging can start from one starting point to the other two destinations. The product can be transferred smoothly. It's sanitary design makes no cleaning blind spots, both it's inner passage and outer shell can be cleaned thoroughly through CIP. Hyperfore 3-way diverter valve is robust and effective, and maintenance frequency is very low, it is faster and more efficient than a pigging diverter panel. 3-way diverter valve can reduce the number of launching stations, it is suitable for single source to multiple destinations, and multiple source to multiple destinations applications. The valve can be applied to many industries like food, beverage, sauce, syrup, cleaning agent, chemicals, lithium battery slurry and so on.
It is an ideal valve for pigging system/ product recovery system.

1. What is a pigging system for paint and coating industry?
In the paint or coatings industry, a double pigs pigging system is a specialized equipment that uses two pigs with a solvent in between. The first pig is used to push out any remaining paint in the pipeline, while the solvent in the middle dissolves paint or coating residues on the pipe walls. The second pig then scrapes off the dissolved paint or coating, enhancing the cleaning and product recovery process. The double pigs system optimizes paint recovery, reduces waste, and minimizes downtime during product changeovers. It ensures thorough cleaning, avoiding color mixing or cross-contamination between different paint batches. The use of the double pigs system improves production efficiency, enhances paint quality, and promotes a more sustainable and cost-effective operation in the paint industry.
2. What is the pigging system ROI?
The ROI of a pigging system is determined by comparing the initial investment (cost of the system implementation) with the financial benefits gained over time. These benefits include reduced product loss, increased production efficiency, and minimized downtime. Normally you can gain back your investment of implementation a Hyperfore pigging system within one year.
3.How does a pigging system work?
A pigging system works by using a specialized device called a "pig" to clean, recover product, or inspect pipelines. The pig is inserted into the pipeline and propelled by the product or a separate propellant. It cleans the pipeline walls, recovers residual product, and can perform various tasks, improving efficiency and reducing waste.
4.What is a piggable diverter valve?
The Piggable Diverter Valve rotates 120° between two ports to allow non-obstructed product transfer and no pressure loss. This can be from one source to two selectable positions, or from two selectable product sources to one destination.
